Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We have put a conversion into US dollars for a guide only as to price, this price may vary depending on exchange rates.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling All orders are sent in discreet,heat sealed plain packaging, some products are also in protective jiffy bags to ensure your item arrives undamaged.

Delivery Schedule Orders are normally dispatched,recorded delivery within 24 hours of reciept,except if ordered on a friday ,Sat or Sunday where the order will be sent on the following Monday,most items are in stock and sent as above,{excluding leather wear as this is always made to order} . Leather wear can take up to 28 days to arrive because of this but normally it is within a week of the order.If an item is out of stock you will be notified imediately and asked if you want to proceed with the order,if out of stock can still normally be supplied within a week but can take up to 14 days.AllInternational orders are generally received in under 14 days.
We accept no responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges All orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. <All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.> Products will be exchanged if damaged or wrong size/colour are sent, but products must remain unopened and returned asap. Worn garments will not be exchanged or refunded

Returns Policy Your statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms and conditions.

Once recieved, orders may be cancelled within 7 working days, please retain proof of postage.

Please note: when returning goods postage and packaging will not be refunded.

Certain fabrics reflect light differently depending on lighting conditions, that may result in apparent colour variations shown in our catalogue. Therefore colours depicted should only be used as a guide.

Goods returned for exchange or refund must be in all respects in the condition you recieved them. If posting goods it is a good idea to use registered mail and retain your proof of posting.

For reasons of hygiene personal products such as vibrators or creams cannot be returned once opened unless the products are faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality.
